For example, just giving up junk food is more then most people can manage &#8211; at least if you try to do it all at once, it is! Oh, you might succeed for a day or two, but you would end up constantly thinking about it until you end up eating more then you would have if you had never even tried to give it up.</p>
<p>An easier alternative, is to just concentrate on replacing (where you can ) the unhealthy junk food, with healthy alternatives. For example, for the first week, just replace white bread with wholegrain bread. Then next week, replace butter with peanut butter, or burgers with carrots. Keep replacing one food at a time, and eventually you&#8217;ll find that you are now eating nothing but healthy meals.</p>

<p>3. Remove Temptation: It&#8217;s important that you avoid being tempted, because even if you only occasionally give in to temptation, it is still going to hurt your ability to lose weight. <p>1. Bird meat: Birds, like chicken or duck, have very little fat.
