Alot of individuals go to the gymnasium on a day to day basis as this is vital if you want to stay healthy. If you have a great workout but dont have a good diet then its pointless. A high calorie intake is not good for you and your efforts will be wasted.

If you combine a nutritious diet and increase your heart rate on a regular basis then you will have increased results. Alot of people consume antioxidants in order to increase overall energy levels which increases metabolism and helps you burn fat faster.

The best exercises would include sit ups with weights behind the head as this tones the abs alot faster than most others. You must remember to not over do your workout or you may damage the muscles too much.

Train your abs until the point of fatigue and then allow 24 hours rest before repeating the process. You will only grow these muscles if you put them under strain or load and then allowed to rest and rebuild.
